However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice of any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your payment.
3. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling request made with at least 24 hours' notice, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a suitable alternative appointment time. However, please note that rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. If, for any reason, we are unable to provide the agreed-upon treatment or service, we will offer you the option to reschedule or provide an alternative service of equal value. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
